Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the SHEVION website and any free product-preview or related public-facing features made available through it. By using the website, you agree to use it lawfully and in accordance with these Terms.
1. Acceptance and lawful use
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the SHEVION website and any publicly available features, including any free product-preview experience that SHEVION may make available through the website. By accessing or using the website, you agree to use it only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not interfere with the availability, security, integrity or normal operation of the website, its infrastructure or other users’ access. A separate proposal, quotation, statement of work or written client agreement may apply where SHEVION is separately engaged to provide commercial design, development, engineering, consulting or technology services.
2. Free product previews
SHEVION may provide a free product-preview experience that uses a written description to create an illustrative digital-product concept. Availability, number of attempts, technical limits, supported formats and other conditions may be changed as the feature develops. A preview is intended to help a visitor explore an idea and understand a possible visual direction; it is not a completed software product, production-readiness certification, security review, professional advice, or guarantee that the final product will operate in a particular way or achieve a particular business outcome. SHEVION may restrict or discontinue the preview feature where reasonably necessary for security, abuse prevention, technical maintenance or service changes.
3. User content and AI-generated output
You remain responsible for prompts, text, images, files and other material that you submit to SHEVION and represent that you have the rights necessary to submit and use that material for the requested purpose. Where AI technology is used, an external provider may process the request to generate the requested output in accordance with the relevant service terms. AI-generated material may contain inaccuracies, omissions, unexpected details or unsuitable results and should be reviewed before use. SHEVION may reject or restrict requests that are unlawful, sexually explicit, violent, abusive, harmful, deceptive, infringing, unrelated to digital-product creation, or otherwise inconsistent with applicable law or the policies of a technology provider.
4. Intellectual property
The SHEVION name, logo, website design, original written content, visual assets, templates, software components and other materials owned or licensed by SHEVION remain the property of SHEVION or the applicable rights holder. Access to the website or receipt of a free product preview does not transfer ownership of those materials to a visitor. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publish or commercially exploit SHEVION-owned material except where permitted by law or expressly authorised in writing. Any ownership or licence arrangements for client-specific work will be governed by the written agreement applicable to that project.
5. Commercial services and client work
Where SHEVION is separately engaged to provide design, development, engineering, integration, AI, mobile, web or other professional services, the scope of work, deliverables, fees, payment arrangements, timelines, acceptance criteria, maintenance responsibilities, source-code rights, third-party services and other commercial terms will be governed by the applicable written agreement. Website content and free product previews do not constitute a quotation, binding proposal or promise to provide commercial services on any particular terms. A visitor should obtain and review the applicable written proposal or agreement before relying upon a statement as a commitment to deliver a specific product or service.
6. Third-party services and availability
The website and product features may depend on third-party hosting, form-processing, email, analytics, cloud, AI, payments, communications, integration or other services. Third-party services operate under their own terms and may be changed, suspended or interrupted outside SHEVION’s control. SHEVION aims to provide a reliable experience but does not promise that the website, preview features, third-party integrations or AI-generated material will always be uninterrupted, error-free, completely secure, or suitable for every intended use. SHEVION may modify, suspend or discontinue features where reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, legal compliance or service development.
7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the website and free product-preview features are provided on an “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied or otherwise, except where such warranties cannot lawfully be excluded. SHEVION is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from access to or use of the website or preview features, including reliance on illustrative AI-generated material, loss of data, interruption of business or loss of anticipated opportunity, except to the extent liability cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit a responsibility that applicable law requires SHEVION to retain.
8. Changes, suspension and contact
SHEVION may revise these Terms when the website, services, free-preview experience, technology providers, business model or legal obligations change. Material revisions may be reflected by updating the effective date or otherwise identifying the revised version. SHEVION may suspend or restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect the website, other users, third-party services or the rights of SHEVION, or where use appears to breach these Terms or applicable law. These Terms should be read together with any more specific written agreement that applies to a commercial project.
